Always a personal favorite of mine!! Nice employees!!

This place is normally good. However, today the worker did a few things that irritated me. First, I asked for two blizzards to go. The worker knew I wanted them to go (since I told him several times). So he decided it would be a good idea to cram a spoon into the blizzards and spear the lid over the spoons. The first one made a mess because there was too much and it was hard to get the lid on with a spoon jammed in it. The second one had quite a bit over the top. Instead of getting a tall clear lid, he decides to scrap off about 4-5 spoons worth from the top into the sink. What a waste! I even asked him why he wasted all that ice cream and mentioned he should have used a tall clear lid. He mumbled something. Made me regret tipping them. :(When I got home I unpacked a leaking mess with these damn spoons sticking out the top.

Was ignored for ten minutes while others made their orders. Only after I spoke up was I told that I need to go to the other window. Where I went to was DQ Berkley where my order was taken promptly without issue.

They are always friendly....fast service.

The girl was by herself, and there was a line of about 12 people, she did a very good job...7 pm

It was terrible! It took going to 3 different locations that were listed as having the Specials on the Blizzards before we could get one Free Blizzard and the Specials last to September 12, 2018. The only reason I continued to the third one that finally Honor the Free Blizzard Special in Royal Oak was because I didn't want to Disappoint My Grandkids! Dairy Queen is going to have to do BETTER if they want Me to spend My Money!😣

Well this just happened... walked up at 9:58 PM and were turned away by an incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. I've never penned a critique like this but their actions left us speechless.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen in my area. The woman who owns it is very sweet and works almost every day. It's very clean, air-conditioned and always has delicious ice cream! 🍦

They had ice cream, I wanted Ice cream, so we made a deal.

If you're on a long trip cruising the highways and biways of our great country, try these long, cylindrical pretzel. You'll get about 5 bites from each, for a total of 15 mouthfuls. More than enough to satisfy. The dip is somewhat mysterious. It's like jello and Ghostbusters slime and cheese all rolled into one. Weird texture. If the ingredients were listed, they'd probably make a very long list of items that are hard to pronounce.

This walk-up DQ provides quick and friendly service. They can even handle the crowds we bring over all at once. Their dipped cones are great.

Don’t come here if you want good customer service or the correct order..... I ordered a m&m blizzard and it was made with chocolate ice cream. It’s supposed to be made with vanilla ice cream so I asked them to remake it. The guy responded that it’s supposed to have chocolate syrup in it so it all got mixed up...fair. However, I didn’t want that much chocolate, therefore, I asked to have it remade to which I got attitude from the guy and the woman prepping the cup. Your store front is glass, so I saw that eye roll 😉.

I love DQ but hate the fat and calories that come along with it. Banana split is currently my favorite
